When we buzzed Neha, the jovial lady commented, “There are few favourite dishes of mine, including Dal Tarka, Roti, Paneer and Pav Bhaji. And the way my mother prepares Pav Bhaji, I can assure you that no one can beat her”.

“Take one table spoon of olive oil and add coriander to it. Grind tomato, onion, garlic and ginger and grind in a mixer. When the oil is hot, add the paste prepared in it. In a separate pressure cooker boil the yellow lentils. Once the paste is cooked, add the boiled dal to it. And finally add lots of butter to the cooked pulses. And your Dal Tarka is ready to serve”.
